Kudurru Stone charges by role, not a flat rate per head. A rodman who only enters time does not cost what an admin does.

Each user is one of three roles: Admin at $25, Lead at $15, or Basic at $5 per month. You add people at the role that fits the work they do. Your monthly bill is the sum of those, nothing more.
No. The price you see is the price you pay. No onboarding fees, no data import fees, no training fees, no support fees. You pay for the roles you add each month, and nothing else.
No. Billing is monthly only, every plan. You are never locked into a year, and you can change your roles or cancel whenever your firm changes.
No minimum. Kudurru Stone works for a one-person shop and for a 200-person firm. You pay for the people you add, at the roles you give them.
No. Base users are the whole product for most firms. Premier adds automation and reporting, and E-Sign adds signatures. Both are optional, and combining them takes 20% off automatically.
Keystone. The client portal, API access, and taking credit card payments from clients are all Keystone features at $125 a month for the whole account, not per user. Foundation and Cornerstone are focused on automation and reporting inside your own office.
Your data is yours. If you cancel it stays intact, and if you come back later it is still there. Nothing is held hostage.
